Polaris ranger won't start.

You need to check the crank position sensor. Passenger side down at the motor. Could be a bad sensor....or chafed wires. Follow the wire harness up. 800's had horrible wire harness issues. Water in the fuel will act like yours also. I drained all of the diesel out and put a few gallons of 92 octane and fuel system cleaning additive. Still not cranking, it tries to but not like it should.

My 2020 Ranger 500 is having electrical issues. I've put 3 new batteries in it and changed the solenoid twice. When the key is switched on the fuel pump comes on. Battery is full charged. Dash lights up showing voltage at 12.5vdc. Still all I get is a click. Hasnt been ran in about a year. You have to use a shot of starter fluid in the intake for it to crank cold. Once it cranks it idles fine. When did you purchase the unit, since you state it only has 10hrs on it. Did something happen to possibly cause this issue, referring to you riding conditions and use of the Ranger.
