Litter robot 3 ready and cycle light on.
Our Litter Robot 3 has 3 flashing lights lighting up sequentially from left to right. I looked it up on the support pages and it says that the globe can’t “find the dump position.”. We tried to reset the position of the globe and that seemed to help at first, but then the 3 lights came back after one cycle. Ive tried resetting it.

Quick question. I got a litter robot 2 for about 2 years. It stop working today. The “empty” and “cycle” bottoms doesn’t work but only reset bottom works and “ready” is flashing blue. If I push the “reset” bottom, “cycling” is flashing yellow in 4 times per sec. The problem didn’t solve after I cleaned up pinch pins.
