For my rogue twink i must have tried for this 20 times, I must be the most unlucky twink in wow the only time it spawned he didn't drop it :(. Then while levelling my most recent warlock my one and only run through RFK he spawned and it dropped, the rogue who was twinking in the party got it. I was abit miffed.
