In this video, I show you how to adjust the governor spring on your lawn mower. It's very easy, and it only takes a few minutes.Take off the air cleaner (snow blower n/a) and watch the throttle plate to see that it opens fully. If it does not, then the spring pulled by the manual throttle is not doing its job. If it does open fully, then when the engine starts, the governor will start to pull it closed against the spring tension.Step 2: Clean the Carburetor.
