Ive down a little more testing since last night and it seems you can move the dino into any supporting beast handler as long as the original handler and the new handler's ranges are touching, range boosts like villages allow it to work, BUT if the range boost is lost and the two tower's ranges no longer touch the dino TPs back to its handler.
