You can't solo Solak and I would advise against trying to learn Vorago in a solo team. Generally solo Rago is for the proper top-end of PvMers, even most high-level players can't do it. Rago is really going to depend on the week and Zamorak the enrage. There's enrages (not yet reached) where the boss should become impossible, so in theory it's harder. But where loot stops scaling (2000%) I'd give the honor to Vorago, considering the brutal baseline difficulty of soloing him and the sheer insanity of attempting HM solos. Kept dying a bunch and hated being there. After being a tank in duo and letting my partner deal with pools, I got much more used to knowing which attack was coming at me in the first tick or two, then that translated in solo to being able to focus more on dps and skip phases easier.
