Having a Migration Treaty with a Necrophage is basically like having one with a Xenophobic empire. Odds are that your pops will end up becoming Necro pops if they migrate to the other empire. If you're the Necrophage, you can turn them into your own pops, but I'm pretty sure there's an opinion penalty if you do so.. Stellaris necrophage guide

I've looked at other guides, and some mention that the prepatent species is enslaved by default, but that only happens if I use Slaver Guilds.
